Information we collect

What you give us: name, email, phone, and investment criteria submitted through our forms or by phone. What arrives automatically: standard analytics data (pages viewed, device and browser type, referring source, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and technical logs kept by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To do the thing you asked: match properties to your criteria, respond to inquiries, and coordinate transactions you pursue. When you submit a form, it flows into our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can respond and follow up without depending on memory. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it outside the brokerage and its service providers (CRM, email, hosting, analytics) except as a transaction you're part of requires or law compels.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site — which pages get read, roughly where traffic comes from, and what device types we should design for. Its cookies also remember a campaign source (UTM parameters) if you arrive via one. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them. Google's practices are governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Communications

Submitting a form invites contact from us by email, phone, or text about your inquiry and matching deals. Every email includes an unsubscribe; a reply of "stop" ends texts; and asking once ends anything. We'd rather have your trust than your inbox.

Your choices and rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: [email protected] or 239-236-2626. Residents of states with privacy statutes (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others) may have formal versions of these rights; we honor the substance of them for everyone.

Security and retention

Data lives in access-controlled systems (CRM, email, hosting) using industry-standard protections; no internet system is perfect, and we don't pretend otherwise. We keep inquiry records while they're useful for serving you and as brokerage record-keeping rules require, then delete them.
