Our goal is provide investors with high quality, low risk and conservative yield investments with little to no landlord responsibility. Our extensive and large network of owners, developers and brokers provide us with a large and steady stream of investment opportunity for our investors making us the number one go to place for net lease investment. We provide investment properties that are specific to the clients particular need or situation. We do this by understanding the clients time frame, goals, risk tolerance and geographic preference. Once we have this information we match this against our pre-screened property database.

We work on a non-exclusive basis and with buyers only, not the seller. This allows us to focus exclusively on your acquisition. We always have the clients best interest in mind and work hard to provide the absolute best investment opportunity and transaction experience. We are only compensated when we successfully close a transaction with a client and that compensations comes directly from the seller.

Dwaine L. Clarke is the president of GCT Net Lease and founded the company in 2005. The company was born after his clients wanted to have the benefits and yields of investment real estate but without the landlord responsibility and net lease investment real estate did just that. NNN Lease Properties (Triple Net) is a lease agreement with a tenant in which the tenant are solely responsible for ALL of the expenses associated with the property in addition to paying rent directly to your “Mail Box”. Expenses paid for by the tenant include Property Taxes, Insurance, Property Maintenance and Repairs.

Dwaine is also a nationally recognized speaker and consultant. He is also the author of two best selling real estate investing books. Mr. Clarke’s experience branches through over a decade of working with and for some of the nation’s top investors to purchase, underwrite, develop and manage millions of dollars in commercial investment real estate. For his case, he has not only assisted these investors, but also became a student of theirs. Through careful analysis he started to understand what these investment experts were doing, using top strategies to buy, manage and sell their investment properties for maximum profit. He especially took note of how these investors were leveraging their time and how they made their decisions without interfering with their personal or business lives. Mr. Clarke is also an active investor and syndicator, providing a vehicle for high net-worth individuals and institutional investors to own income producing real estate.

In his off time Dwaine is busy being a husband and father of a young baby boy along with a Freemason and philanthropist.
